As I go through this journey, I'm going to post helpful resources I find here. I'm hoping that some of these web pages, books, or ideas can help another woman as she navigates this. If you have a helpful idea that I don't have listed here, please post it in the comments!
- I've compiled a list of foods that are helpful and harmful for both hormone positive and HER2+ breast cancer patients an survivors. I based this document on information I got from the two websites listed below, for further reading. (I'm not super computer savvy, and the only way I can figure out how to share this document is for you to copy the link below and paste it into a new browser window.)

- This book was sent to me after my diagnosis by a dear friend of over 25 years, and is full of prayers for stressful days based on Scripture. This would be a great gift for anyone because, let's be real, our lives are FULL of stress that we can't handle alone.
- I started this Bible study over a year ago and never finished it. When I was diagnosed, I dusted it off and picked up where I left off. Something about Elijah speaks to me in this season of life. He spent a lot of time in the desert....but in that time God was protecting him and grew him into something so much greater.
